15000 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 15000 platform, applicable to all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any service on the 15000 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use the 15000 platform, you must:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any other party.
- Not falling under any category prohibited by Malaysian law from participating in online betting activities.
- Providing true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration.
- Not registering more than one active account at any one time.
15000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension or permanent account closure.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. 15000 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access arose from the user's own negligence.
Users must keep their account password strictly confidential and must not share login credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the 15000 support team immediately.
15000 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals or certain account activities. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. This process is part of our commitment to security and fraud prevention.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 15000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and Maybank2u. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and that the bank account belongs to themselves.

Processed within 1–5 business days, subject to account verification.
All transactions are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption.
Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits apply in accordance with current policy.
15000 does not accept third-party transactions. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may result in account suspension and funds being frozen pending investigation. All transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users of the 15000 platform agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Creating fake accounts or registering using another person's identity.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in unauthorised ways, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Disrupting the technical operations of the platform or attempting to access any unauthorised areas of the platform.
The 15000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure platform availability and reliability at all times, 15000 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, downtime, or errors. Our liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user and not yet utilised, subject to specific conditions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Account Closure
Intellectual Property
All content on the 15000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 15000 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 15000.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 15000 platform may use services or technologies from third-party providers to process payments, deliver games, or send communications. 15000 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or business practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of relevant third-party providers separately.
Account Suspension & Closure
15000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, breach of terms, or illegal activity. In the event of suspension, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned once the investigation is concluded and no breach is found. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 15000 support team.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
15000 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from the use of the 15000 platform, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the user and 15000 will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
